Transportation and Tour Registration – The 6th IMRIC Retreat
Dear Participants,
Registration is now open for transportation services and tours offered as part of the 6th IMRIC Retreat.
Advance registration is required for all transportation services, tours, and activities and must be completed by 18 August 2026.
After this date, registration will be subject to availability.
Transportation
Outbound journey – 6 September 2026
The bus will depart at 07:15 from the Mount Herzl Main Entrance Parking Lot in Jerusalem.
Additional pick-up stops will be available at Harel Interchange and Latrun Gas Station.
Participants boarding at Mount Herzl are requested to arrive 15 minutes before departure.
The estimated arrival time at the Dan Carmel Hotel is 10:30.
Return journey – 8 September 2026
The return bus will depart from the Dan Carmel Hotel at 16:30.
The bus will stop at Harel Interchange and Latrun Gas Station.
Transportation fees:
One way: NIS 45
Round trip: NIS 90
Further transportation details will be provided prior to the retreat.
Kindly note, the registration to the 1st + 2nd tour is now closed, and there are still places for the " “The Amazing Race” Challenge at Louis Promenade".
Tours and Activities
The tours will take place on 7 September 2026, from 15:30 to 18:30, departing from the Dan Carmel Hotel.
1. Beautiful Haifa: Louis Promenade and the Bahá’í Gardens Overlook
Join us for a walk along Yefe Nof Street—aptly named “Beautiful View”—which offers one of the most spectacular panoramas in Israel. As we take in the breathtaking scenery, we will explore Haifa’s history, hear fascinating stories about Zionist pioneers and visit the upper terrace of the Bahá’í Gardens, where we will learn about the unique Bahá’í faith.

2. Vibrant Carmel: The Stories Behind the Houses of Central Carmel
Join us on a journey through the enchanting streets of Central Carmel, uncovering the stories of its historic homes, intellectuals, pioneers, Templers, architects, and the people who helped shape one of Haifa’s most beautiful neighborhoods. Along the way, we will discover a lesser-known side of the city and the stories hidden behind its façades.
Duration: Approximately two hours
Difficulty level: Easy
Participation fee: Complimentary – subsidized by IMRIC
3. “The Amazing Race” Challenge at Louis Promenade
A unique adventure combining breathtaking views, intriguing riddles, and a variety of challenging and entertaining tasks—an excellent opportunity to enjoy an extraordinary group experience in one of Israel’s most beautiful locations.
Duration: Approximately two hours
Difficulty level: Easy
Participation fee: NIS 85 per participant
The number of places is limited, and all tours are subject to a minimum number of participants.
