Registration Includes:

• Accommodation at the conference hotel for 2 nights (September 6–8, 2026) (included as part of the full registration package)
• Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks as per the program
• Participation in all conference sessions
• Participant gift 

** For Israeli participants the rate includes 18% VAT. 

Replacements & Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Retreat Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. imricretreat@ortra.com as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund excluding 100 NIS handling fees.

If cancellation received 15 days or more from the date of registration refund will be made as follows:

*Cancellation received until August 1, 2026 – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee

*Cancellation received between August 2, 2026 – September 3, 2026 -  50% Refund

*Cancellation received from September 3, 2026, and no-show – no refund on reservation.
