Registration Includes:

• Accommodation at the conference hotel for 2 nights (September 6–8, 2026) (included as part of the full registration package)
• Lunch and coffee breaks as per the program.
• Breakfast and Dinner are included for hotel guests only.

The IMRIC Retreat is intended for members of the IMRIC community.
Invitations to register were sent directly by email to eligible participants.

As places are limited and participation is subsidized, registration is reserved for those who received the official invitation.
Registrations submitted otherwise may be subject to review or cancellation.

Replacements & Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Retreat Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. imricretreat@ortra.com as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund excluding 100 NIS handling fees.

If cancellation received 15 days or more from the date of registration refund will be made as follows:

*Cancellation received until August 1, 2026 – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee

*Cancellation received between August 2, 2026 – September 3, 2026 -  50% Refund

*Cancellation received from September 3, 2026, and no-show – no refund on reservation.
