The meeting will include both talks and poster presentations. Due to time limitations, most of the presentations will be via posters. When done properly, posters are a great way to communicate and discuss science. Therefore, we will allot sufficient time for poster sessions, and make them active and interactive. Stay tuned for more details.
All graduate students and postdocs are required to submit an abstract (using the abstract submission form - button below). All lab managers are highly encouraged to submit an abstract (but are not required to do so). PIs that present will be contacted individually, and will also be asked to submit an abstract.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee presentation spots for everyone, but we will represent all research groups, and attempt to accommodate as many presentations as possible.
A key criterion for abstract selection (and especially for oral presentations) is the ability to communicate your research to a broad, non-specialist, audience.
