The 6th IMRIC Retreat took place on 6–8 September 2026 at the Dan Carmel Hotel in Haifa, bringing together the IMRIC community for three days of science, collaboration, and shared experiences.

The retreat is a major event held every several years, with the previous retreat taking place in 2022. It brought together graduate students, postdocs, and academic and non-academic staff from across the institute.

The retreat aimed to strengthen the connections between members of the institute, both scientifically and personally, while creating an enjoyable and engaging experience. The scientific program highlighted the exciting research conducted at IMRIC through poster and oral presentations by members of the community, with a strong emphasis on student presentations.

Alongside presentations by IMRIC members and keynote lectures by invited guests, the retreat also included a variety of social and interactive activities.
