Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

There are two bank accounts available to choose from:

All bank charges are to be covered by the sender.

Refunds of Accommodation will be processed upon receipt of a written cancellation notice to Ortra Ltd. as follows:

Cancellation within 14 days of registration (unless the registration was made within 7 days before the Conference): Full refund, minus a 100 NIS handling fee.

Before September 16, 2026: Full refund, minus a 100 NIS handling fee.
From September 17, 2026 - October 5, 2026: 50% refund.
From October 6, 2026: No refund.
