Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made with a written notification of cancellation to Ortra the Convention Secretariat by email, alphaomega@ortra.com as follows:

• Before November 7, 2024 – Full refund less $50 handling fee
• From November 8, 2024 until December 16, 2024 – 50% refund
• From December 17, 2024 – No refund. 

Accommodation

The total of your hotel reservation will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form. 
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy & Insurance

*** Insurance for accommodation cancellation can be purchased at US$ 75: Valid only up to 48 hours prior to arrival

• Cancellation received until 30 days prior to arrival - full refund, less US $50 handling fee.
• Cancellation received between 30 days - 48 hours prior to arrival – US $100 handling fee as well as one night charge.
• Cancellation received within 48 hours prior to arrival - full fee

 

Tourism Services Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards tourism services will be refunded if written notification reaches Ortra the Convention Secretariat by email, alphaomega@ortra.com as follows:

• Until November 21, 2024 – Full refund with deduction of US$ 30 handling fee
• From November 22, 2024 until December 12, 2024 – 50% refund 
• From December 13, 2024 – No refunds on cancellations
