After extensive deliberation and in light of the unforeseen developments in our region, the organizing committee has concluded that prioritizing the safety and well-being of our attendees, speakers, and staff is paramount.
Consequently, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the meeting.

We sincerely value your dedication and support for our event. Please be assured that this decision was reached after considerable reflection and assessment of all possible alternatives.

For those who have already registered, as well as our valued associations and sponsors who have contributed, please note that our team is committed to processing refunds promptly in the coming weeks.
