Dear Esteemed Faculty Members, Colleagues, Sponsors, and Participants,
It is with deep regret that we must announce the cancellation of the Hip/Knee/Shoulder Meeting, initially scheduled to take place in Tel Aviv.
After extensive deliberation and in light of the unforeseen developments in our region, the organizing committee has concluded that prioritizing the safety and well-being of our attendees, speakers, and staff is paramount.
Consequently, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the meeting.
We sincerely value your dedication and support for our event. Please be assured that this decision was reached after considerable reflection and assessment of all possible alternatives.
For those who have already registered, as well as our valued associations and sponsors who have contributed, please note that our team is committed to processing refunds promptly in the coming weeks.
We apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may entail and greatly appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We remain hopeful and look forward to the possibility of hosting this significant meeting in Israel in the future.
Your understanding and cooperation are immensely appreciated.
Udi, Reuven, and Eran
