Conference Registration Fees Include:

Registration Payment Terms

- Registration fees will be charged upon submission of the registration form.
- Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined below.

Refunds of registration fees will be processed upon receipt of a written cancellation notice to Ortra Ltd. as follows:

Cancellation within 14 days of registration (unless the registration was made within 7 days before the Conference): Full refund, minus a 50 Euro handling fee.

• Before June 30, 2025: Full refund, minus a 50 Euro handling fee.
• From July 1, 2025: 50% refund.
• From August 31, 2025: No refund.
