Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference Secretariat by email at minerva@ortra.com as follows:

* Cancellation received until August 31, 2022 – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee
* Cancellation received between September 01, 2022 – October 20, 2022 - 50% Refund
* Cancellation received from October 21, 2022 and no-show – no refund on reservation.

If the conference will be cancelled or changed to virtual format due to COVID restrictions in Israel, a full refund will be made.
