* Rates for Israelis include VAT

* Student Registration requires a written letter on university letterhead, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. or M.Sc. student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the WCJCS 2012 Secretariat (wcjcs@ortra.com), with a scanned PDF email attachment.

Registration includes:
Admission to all sessions, workshops & plenaries, field visit on June 25th , all lunches, dinner on June 24th, cultural program & receptions, program book; invitation to attend at no additional cost the President of Israel’s Tomorrow Conference - June 19-21, Jerusalem.

Conference Registration Terms of Payment
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund on registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund.
Cancellation received prior to May 31, 2012 – Full refund less $50 handling fee for Overseas registrants or 50 NIS for Israeli registrants.
Cancellation received on or after May 31, 2012 – No refund.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

Rates are per room, per night and include Israeli breakfast and service charge
At time of registration you will be charged a deposit for 2 night's stay at the chosen hotel. 1 week before your arrival date you will be charged the balance due for nights reserved
Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy
WCJCS is not responsible for assigning roommates. All sharing arrangements must be made on your own. If you do not designate a roommate you will be charged the single occupancy rate
If sharing a room, only the person who is paying for the room should complete the accommodation request, indicating who the room will be shared with
Official check-in time for hotels is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon

Cancellation received up until June 10, 2012 – Full refund less $50 handling fee for Overseas registrants or 100 NIS for Israeli registrants
Cancellation received after June 10, 2012 – you will be charged for 1 night’s stay.

Payments can be made by one of the following means:

All bank charges should be covered by the sender.

Purchase order: registration will be processed upon receipt of written notification on Federation/ Agency/ School/ Organization letterhead signed by an authorized official and emailed to wcjcs@ortra.org or faxed to: +972-3-6384455
