* Student Registration requires a written letter on university letterhead, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. or M.Sc. student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the WCJCS 2012 Secretariat (wcjcs@ortra.com), with a scanned PDF email attachment.
Registration includes: Admission to all sessions, workshops & plenaries, field visit on June 25th , all lunches, dinner on June 24th, cultural program & receptions, program book; invitation to attend at no additional cost the President of Israel’s Tomorrow Conference - June 19-21, Jerusalem. Conference Registration Terms of Payment Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form. Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy. Refund on registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows: Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund. Cancellation received prior to May 31, 2012 – Full refund less $50 handling fee for Overseas registrants or 50 NIS for Israeli registrants. Cancellation received on or after May 31, 2012 – No refund. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows: Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund Cancellation received up until June 10, 2012 – Full refund less $50 handling fee for Overseas registrants or 100 NIS for Israeli registrants Cancellation received after June 10, 2012 – you will be charged for 1 night’s stay.
