1Student Registration requires a written letter on university letterhead, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. or M.Sc. student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the LVA/ICA 2012 Secretariat (lva@ortra.com), with a scanned PDF email attachment.

Registration fees Include:
  • Access to all technical sessions
  • A cocktail welcome-reception on Monday evening (March 12th)
  • An evening trip to Jerusalem, followed by a Banquet dinner on Wednesday (March 14th)
  • Daily lunches (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Two daily coffee breaks (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • One copy of the proceedings in electronic format
The presentations at the conference consist of two types:
Type I:     Presentation of full papers (also published in the proceedings)
Type II:    Presentation of posters / demos (either for the Special Sessions or for the Late-Breaking / Demo (and SiSEC) Sessions), not associated with a full paper.

At least one author per presentation of type I must register by January 9th, 2012.
At least one author per presentation of type II must register by January 16th, 2012.
  • Each full-rate registration can cover at most three presentations (of any type)
  • Each student-rate registration can only cover at most one presentation of Type II
  • The association of registrations with accepted presentations will be deduced automatically by the conference management, based on the authors' identities

ACCOMMODATION*
 
The Organizing Committee has appointed Ortra Ltd., a registered travel agent, as the official organizer and travel agent for the conference.
Rooms at special reduced rates have been reserved at the Sheraton Hotel (the conference venue) and at the nearby Leonardo Basel TLV Hotel, offered exclusively to the Conference participants when booked through Ortra.
Double and single occupancy rooms are available.
 
In addition, Ortra can provide private personal transportation from Ben-Gurion airport to your hotel (and/or back).
You can make your hotel and/or transportation reservation online easily as a part of your online conference registration, or you can register to the conference now and add hotel and/or transportation reservations later on, entering the on-line registration with the same email address.

Payment of registration fees can be made by:

      All bank charges should be covered by the sender.

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Conference Registration Terms of Payment
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Accommodation Terms of Payment
Two nights deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your “Registration Form”.
The rest of the Tourist Services reservation balance will be charged one week prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund on registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the conference secretariat as follows:

  • Cancellation made up until March 1, 2012- Full refund with deduction of US$ 100 handling fee.
  • Cancellation made after March 1, 2012 – No refund
  • No cancellation is possible after January 12, 2012, if such cancellation leaves an accepted full paper without at least one registered author.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at Ortra Ltd. as follows:
  • No cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
  • 1 night cancellation if cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival
  • 2 nights’ cancellation if cancelled 7-14 days prior to arrival
  • Full stay if cancelled 1-6 days prior to arrival
